These terms govern your use of the Momentum Power website, the account, the payment, and the chart dashboard. By creating an account you agree to all of them and accept them in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not register and do not pay.
1. What this site is
Momentum Power is a chart and indicator tool. It shows prices and a calculated score so you can study a symbol. It is not a broker, not an order ticket, and not a place where securities are bought or sold. You place every order yourself, with your own broker, if you choose to trade at all.
2. Who may register
You must be able to enter a contract and you must use your own name and email. One person should keep one account. You are responsible for the password and for anything done after a login with that password. We may refuse, disable, or close an account that is misused, shared, or used to break these terms.
3. The plan
There is no free trial. Premium is one year. The chart stays closed until an admin checks the payment and activates the account. The admin chooses the start date. The plan then runs until one year after that date, and the chart closes when that date passes unless the plan is renewed.
An admin may correct a start date, renew a plan, or turn an account off. Staff accounts used to run the site may open the chart without a customer payment.
4. Payment
The yearly fee is shown on the pricing page. You pay it by the QR code or the bank account on the payment page, in the name JANI NISHESH MAHENDRABHAI. A new account must attach a screenshot of the successful payment. The screenshot is stored with the account so an admin can check the amount, the date, and the destination.
If you already paid before this screenshot step existed, you may email nishshkumarjaani@gmail.com from the address on the account during the period shown on the payment page. An admin may then activate the account from the records you send. After that period, a screenshot is required.
Sending a screenshot does not by itself open the chart. The account opens only after an admin accepts the payment. A screenshot that is unclear, incomplete, or for a different amount can be rejected, and you will be asked to send another.
5. General risk acceptance
Trading and investing can lead to loss of some or all of the money you use. Prices move because of news, liquidity, company results, policy, and other causes that no chart can fully explain. You can lose more than you expect, including costs, taxes, and the fee for this site.
The SSSS score is a formula applied to past prices. A high score, a low score, a colour, or a zone is not a promise that the price will rise or fall. Past readings do not predict future prices. Two people can read the same chart and reach opposite decisions. You accept that the tool can be wrong, late, or silent.
You accept these risks in full before you pay and before you use the chart. You are responsible for your own decisions, orders, costs, and taxes. Nothing on this website is a request that you buy, sell, or hold any security.
6. SEBI
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulates the securities market in India, including stock brokers, investment advisers, research analysts, and portfolio managers. Momentum Power is not a stock broker. It is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, or portfolio manager, and it does not hold your securities or your trading funds.
Nothing on this website is investment advice, a research report under the SEBI research-analyst regulations, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or index. The chart, the indicator, and any words around them are general market information for your own study. They are not tailored to your income, your debts, or your risk tolerance.
If you want advice about whether a security is suitable for you, speak with a person or firm that is registered with SEBI for that service. You remain responsible for checking any order in your own broker terminal before you send it.
7. The chart and the data
Candles and the last price come from NSE's public chart feed. They can be delayed, missing, corrected, or different from the price in a broker terminal and from the exchange's official quote. Do not treat a candle on this site as the price at which an order will fill.
The indicator is calculated in the browser from those candles. A gap in the feed can change the score. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, a hosting fault, or a failure of the data source. Access for a paid year is access to the tool while it is operating, not a promise that every minute of that year will be online.
8. Your conduct
You will not share the login, copy the site for resale, attempt to break the account store, or upload a payment image that is not yours. You will not use the chart to mislead another person into thinking the site told them to trade. We may disable an account that does any of those things, and the fee for the unused part of the year is not automatically returned.
9. Accounts and email
Registration asks for your name, email, and password. The password is stored as a hash. A forgotten password is replaced only from a one-time link emailed to you. When an admin activates the plan, we email that address. You must keep the inbox working, because that is how we tell you the chart is open and how you recover the login.
Account records, the payment screenshot, and contact messages are stored on the server in an encrypted file. Watchlists saved in the browser stay in that browser. Clearing browser data does not delete the account.
10. Changes
The fee, the indicator, and these terms can change. A change to the fee applies to a later payment, not to a year that has already been activated. Continued use of the site after a change to these terms is acceptance of the changed terms. The current text is always the page at Terms & Conditions.
11. Acceptance
The registration form asks you to confirm this sentence: “I agree to all Terms & Conditions stated and accept them in their entirety.” The box cannot be skipped. Checking it means you have read this page, including the general risk acceptance and the SEBI notice, and that you accept every section. The time of that acceptance is stored on the account.
